Found this very good for arthritic joints.  Rub in well.  Gave me relief in two days, very noticeable.

Regular reflexology with Helen has aided my stroke recovery. My body is definitely freeing up, feels more flexible, the left side is freer than it was with the numbness fading.  I now have better balance when moving, it is easier to walk.  I am also swallowing better than I was.  I enjoy the sessions so much, I feel very relaxed afterwards.
